OSMIN Package #40

Would it be possible to get a Osmin (for Linux, not android) package in the repository?

same answer as #43 applies at least at the moment with the huge amount of work we already have to do to get the device in a better state, i don't think its a good idea maintaining apps we have not developed and don't have experience with to our repos. its just burden on us as developers, effort that could be spent on something more important
