Waydroid resolution if keyboard is open #56

If the keyboard is open when Waydroid starts, the total screen space utilisation of Android apps will be reduced by the size of the keyboard

this is a known issue when composer inside starts it cannot be resized other than restarting it entirely there is no real fix to this other than making phoc hardcode a value for android tagged windows
