Tapping on a SMS notification doesn't switch to the application #67

When tapping on a SMS notification, the notification often just disappears, without switching to the corresponding application. It seems the application is shown only if it is not already running. When being in application selection, the window list either rotates to the corresponding application or nothing happens.

pretty sure this is an upstream issue i might be able to loo into it when rebasing our patches

When I open a URL from the software (flathub) application or from Emacs, it switches to the browser if it hasn't been started yet but it silently opens the URL in background if the browser is already running. So I wonder whether it may be an issue with raising windows.

Another case: When the phone is unlocked, I'm in the application list screen and there is an incoming call, I can hear the ring tone but there is no visual indication or notification. I have to switch to the phone application manually to see who is calling and to accept/reject the call. But when I'm in (another) application window, the phone application is displayed automatically. I'm not sure whether it's a related issue or a different bug.
