Alarm clock volume should be independent #68

The alarm clock volume is the same as the general speaker volume. If volume is reduced or muted for night or for another reason then the alarm may not be heard. There should be a way to set the alarm clock volume independently of the other sounds.

i know this is an upstream issue as well it should be made to be independent and have its own feedbackd event
