Hi @Furkanzmc , sorry for the 3 month(!) delay. Life. (It makes me all the more impressive that open source software happens and is supported at all, thank you.)

This is the implementation of items 1-3 in the spec issue #23.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I have checked teh spelling, run stylua and removed the ids argument. I have also merged the changes you made in master and updated the example of the contains function. Finally I have improved teh parent_id documentation.

Also sorry for the poluted commit history. It got tangled when I merged in master, but didn't realise and then redid it...
