[AuditLog] Add missing tasks for VPS2012 & SQL clean up #145

Description

[AuditLog] Add missing tasks for VPS2012
install_db.sql cleanup (remove ecommerce tables & procedures)
update_db.sql - remove duplicate drop/create & alter procedure statements (only the last one is necessary)

How Has This Been Tested?

A new database was created and install_db.sql / update_db.sql has been executed
Tables, stored procedures and functions has been checked

P.S. Additions / deletions shown incorrectly on github. Use local git for review.
