Fushuma aims to fulfill one of the foundational roles of Blockchain by providing "equal opportunities to all" and is committed to creating a fully decentralized blockchain ecosystem through transparent collaboration.

Participants such as Venture Capitalists, Technology Partners, Advisors, and Key Opinion Leaders can contribute uniquely to our ecosystem's growth, and to support them, 2,940,000,000 FUMA tokens have been allocated to the Fushuma Expansion Grants.

Roles and Opportunities

- Venture Capitalists (VCs): VCs leverage their strategic experience and deep market insights to guide treasury allocations and influence our governance framework. They enjoy voting rights and access to FUMA tokens at preferential rates.

- Technology Partners: Technology partners provide specialized expertise to enhance Fushuma's technological foundation. Their long-term commitment to innovation is rewarded with FUMA tokens.

- Advisors: Advisors bring their specialized skills to shape our strategic direction and ensure adaptability to new challenges and opportunities.

- Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): As the dynamic link between Fushuma and the wider community, drive active engagement and increase Fushuma's visibility. Their grassroots marketing and community-building efforts are essential for building a strong and inclusive blockchain community.

Learning from the Past

Drawing from our extensive hands-on experience at Callisto Network, we understand the importance of transparency and competition in managing decentralized teams. Our past efforts revealed the inefficiencies of monthly remunerations in a decentralized environment and the importance of aligning rewards with productivity goals. This experience was instrumental in designing the Fushuma Expansion Grants.

In response, we have pivoted to performance-based rewards to address the challenges of low-quality applications, ensuring that sustained, high-quality participation drives innovation within the Fushuma ecosystem.

Fushuma aims to build a transparent, rewarding environment where contributions are valued and rewarded. This initiative ensures that everyone, regardless of background, can participate and benefit from the growth of our ecosystem.

Grant Application Process

To ensure transparency and encourage high-quality contributions, interested participants must submit a proposal on Fushuma's GitHub:

1. List your skills and experience.
2. Define your objectives and provide a concise action plan in bullet points. Detailed plans should be emailed to contact@fushuma.com.
3. Specify the expected grant you are requesting for your plan/endeavour. Once the value of FUMA is determined, we will allocate the equivalent amount in FUMA tokens.

2. Consistently encouraging users to post updates on Social Media platforms such as Telegram, X, and Reddit. (At least 2 posts a week)
3. Hosting AMA's in Fushuma & other Communities with incentives.
4. Recognizing the Best User of the Month on Telegram.
5. Implementing a feedback Form on Github
6. Extending the Call to Impact Offering rewards to content creators based on the quality of their content (Articles, video guides, stickers, memes).

Budget: 750 USD Worth $FUMA

I am applying for a grant to host technical and non-technical events onboarding attendees into the FUSHUMA community to build the FUSHUMA community in Nigeria

With over three years of experience in event planning and event hosting for blockchain projects including Stellar, Celo and FTX exchange, I have a good track record of successfully organizing and executing great events.

Proposal: I propose to host two events each month in different states across Nigeria. These events will be designed to build the FUSHUMA community and engage the Nigerian audience. I am requesting a grant of $2,500 per month to cover all costs associated with hosting these events including rentals, merch, refreshments and media
