Water Buckets Don't Work #33

Tested in 1.18.2, water buckets don't work properly when gravity is changed. When determining where a water bucket will place water, it places it in the wrong spot (for example if you fall north and look towards the sky, using a bucket will place water at your feet rather than the block you're looking at).
