I am a customer support person who is helping my clients. Each client is represented as a tenant, and I need to help client A, then client B, then client C, under pressure and timelines.
Solution
As an admin, I want to be able to see resources limited to one tenant. Then I want to be able to switch between tenants.
This will help me be more efficient as well as reduce the possibility of accidentally acting on configuration for the wrong tenant because I forgot to filter my view.
Alternatives/workarounds
Be diligent about filtering each screen, or making sure to check which tenant something is assigned to.
