Observed on a customer system when the ip location database file used for advanced threat detection is downloaded and on the filesystem but cannot be read by FusionAuth that logins will be hung on the authorized screen with no other information than the form will refresh and a validation message of "Required" is displayed.
Once the file is cleared from the system logins succeed.
