[Bug]: magic link guide incorrect when describing how to enable magic links #2845

What happened?

Magic link guide is here: https://fusionauth.io/docs/lifecycle/authenticate-users/passwordless/magic-links#using-the-fusionauth-hosted-login-pages

To enable magic links you have to:

enable it at the application level
make sure you have an email server set up
configure a passwordless email template

The guide only mentions the first, and should be verified and updated.
