Remove Playstation IdP

Description

It appears that the PlayStation Network no longer supports IdP access. It was reported that as of October 23rd, 2023 Playstation shut down their APIs and along with it the ability to use PlayStation as an IdP.

This hasn't been 100% confirmed, but I can find no reference of the Playstation Network IdP on their website. It only mentions you can sign into the PlayStation Network with other "participating Sony group services"

If the PlayStation IdP is no more it should get removed from the FusionAuth documentation and the Admin UI.

All issues filed in this repository must abide by the FusionAuth community guidelines.

I checked the standard Sony login page and it is still using OAuth. I'd be very surprised if they deprecated all of the PSN login support.

It also looks like PSN login is still working with game companies such as Ubisoft: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/ (then click the account button at the top right).

We should be able to reach out to Ubisoft since they are a customer and see if we can chat with their identity team to verify that PSN is still working the same way we integrated it.
