Update single sign on guide #3131

As part of https://linear.app/fusionauth/issue/DAN-54/finish-sessions-documentation I'm reviewing this single sign-on guide. I updated it to:

have the code use .env instead of hardcoding
use kickstart
use the RemoteCode component to pull in code so it stays up to date
fixed old dependencies
updated to use proper components for formatting (Breadcrumb, etc)

Would love to have some other eyes on these changes.
