Review and update all comparisons #57

Should do the following:

review and update all the comparisons with other tools
add some more comparisons to azure ad b2c, ory, supertokens/clerk
move them to pages

Not sure what they mean by "No Enterprise version". Their website pricing page has Enterprise Tools, Enterprise Solution, and Enterprise Services all over it. I think our blog post and PDF talk about these items specifically. We can review and see if anything is incorrect.

As a side note (no offense Mike - you guys are doing great work), they didn't mention anything about features or integrations. :)
