Add required command line tools

Heard from a community member that the getting started guides were problematic because they didn't typically install tools like tar, zip, unzip and curl.

Should add that to the system requirements page, or maybe the fastpath install instructions?

I think you kind of have to try to install Linux w/out these tools, so I doubt this is a pervasive issue.

Fair point. It kind of surprised me, but they were in the datacenter business, so maybe a bit closer to the metal than some others.
