Configurations for Fusion-client #1628

This commit includes the necessary changes required for the functioning of the new fusion-frontend dashboard. Following are the changes made:

Made a new auth_view to retrieve the user info like name, list of designations, accessible_modules and last_selected role.
Removed the dashboard view as we already have notification view to fetch notifications and auth view for user info.
Added views for notification read, unread and delete functionality
Added a new attribute named last_selected_role in extra_info model to track the last selected role by the user.
