Add TCP MTR query type #33

I would like to MTR using TCP, but such thing is not supported atm.

Using TCP mode with MTR was very unstable in the past and AFAIK (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) was RCE-exploitable in the past. Nevertheless, I'll leave this feature request open for now and will look into the possibility of integrating it into v2.
