Camera Module no longer initializes properly on creation.

Describe the bug Probably a running / not running type of bug. When creating a Camera module, it seems to hang the GUI thread.

Application: Brain Simulator

Module/Network: Camera Module

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Camera Module.
2. Notice cursor remains cross-hair even on application close icon top right..
3. move cursor to brainsim icon on start bar and close it.
4. sometimes it inits before asking to save, sometimes not...

Expected behavior Camera module should work the way it did before.
