User Story/Requirement When an email has been defined as spam/junk/sales norbert will automatically close the case and block the sales emails coming through again.
Is the feature request related to an existing problem? Please describe. When a sales email is sent through to Unitary Contact Platforms Norbert requests for the location which is not responded to from the sales email. If an address has been left in the signature norbert will forward it to the most appropriate authority. These cases do not require action from an agent.
Describe the solution you want to be used Cases to be automatically closed that as "sales emails"
Describe alternatives you have considered Have the option to have "case closed - spam" so in the future we can block unwanted emails from spam/junk/sale.
As another option, have norbert place expected spam, junk, sales emails as a separate status which is confirmed by the Unitary Hub is this is a real case or not.
