upgrade problem #63

Expected behavior

I had the sufficient resources to update a building in the brewery click to build take resources and upgrade the brewery

Actual behavior

It took my resources and didn't update the building level - I try to wait, refresh and even log out but my resources are gone and I don't have the building.
