Love this tool but its missing cherry on the top! VS code extension. 2 features:

list snippets or search from vs-code
transferring selection from vs-code straight to new snippet's editor

thank you very much for your feature request. We actually added this feature to our todo list some time ago. We're currently working on some bigger features so the VSCode extension is a little bit low in our priority list. As soon as we can offer an extension we will inform you about it using this issue. Until then we ask for your patience.

@Futureglobe Hey its me again. I am using macros and scripting to move scripts in and out of vscode and Windows Terminal other then that this tool is hands down best little electron app I have on my PC. Its rock-solid, minimalistic and yet still feature-rich. Don't mind me asking once more: Is this vscode extension feature still a 'go' for future release or its put to bed?

With the currently ongoing pandemic we faced some issues in development. Currently we just working on small fixes and improvements. We really want to develop this vs code extension as a lot of our users want this. Sadly we can't say when this feature will be implemented and shipped. We hope you will still continue using SnipAway.
