I don't like quest books. Never have, never will. It's an inefficient way of conveying information and the only real upside of them is quest rewards, which we don't hand out.
Let's get rid of it. This also solves the weird split between the shitty Heracles viewer we come with and the actual FTB Quests that we write with. I like writing Sphinx documentation better; I have hyperlinks!
