Fix machine texture colours #9

Machines in GTCEu are coloured based on tier. It shouldn't be too hard to fix these colours (i.e. MV = steel coloured, HV = aluminium coloured).

It's done via a colour overlay (SG link) so it'll likely just need some messing around with a resource pack/KubeJS.
