Found a potential bug. Snowy weather caused by seasonal changes will cause issues with Diagonal Fences, reverting them back to default Minecraft fences. Noticed this earlier when I was setting up my new base and found a bunch of my chickens running around when it started snowing. The fences were snow covered and no longer diagonally connected, just four useless fenceposts.

This is apparent when using the Snow! Real Magic! mod since snow falls right through. Very annoying. Please fix it soon for at least the 1.20.1+ versions. I am using forge, so this version is affected too.

AS of now, this still is an issue and it would be amazing when fixed!!

I came here to bring up the same issue of falling snow breaking the diagonal fences. I'm using fabric 1.21.1 with Serene Seasons and Snow! Real Magic and just entered my farm to discover all my animals had escaped 😅
