[Bug]: config file Spamming logs

Running easy magic on a neoforge server is causing the logs to get repeatedly and endlessly spammed with:

12:15:14  [Warn] [net.neoforged.fml.config.ConfigTracker/CONFIG]: Configuration file /home/minecraft/mc-instances/mc-65824b7278fb0/config/easymagic-server.toml is not correct. Correcting 
12:15:14  [Info] [Puzzles Lib/]: Dispatching reloading event for config at easymagic-server.toml

The same thing happens to me with EasyMagic-v21.0.2 and also EasyAnvils-v21.0.2, with PuzzlesLib-v21.0.18.

It first happened with EasyMagic, and after reinstalling everything it started to happen with EasyAnvils as well. 2024-08-01-2.log

Could it be because I update the NeoForge to stable v21.0.146? (it also happens with 21.0.145)

By manually deleting all config files and restarting the server the problem disappears temporarily. Also, it does not allow to completely shutdown the server, because during shutdown it freezes at ”[Info] [Puzzles Lib/]: Dispatching reloading event for config at easymagic-server.toml"

I have many extra mods, but I have not been able to directly associate the problem to a specific mod.

I can also confirm this issue on NeoFroge 1.21. Seems to be generating new configs on load
