[Bug]: infuser doesnt give xp for disenchanting + stops making xp exist around it

this is my first time uploading anything to github so im sorry if i formatted something wrong but anyways im playing on a small server with a modpack i made with 110 mods i have a little enchanting room and after some time, the infuser stops giving me xp for disenchanting things, but only in that specific area i tried throwing xp bottles in that area, and the xp just doesnt exist, but if i throw the bottles about 5 blocks away from the table the xp is there like it should be https://youtu.be/PAJV_Q7iIPA video showing what i mean ive tried breaking and putting the table back, restarting my mc, restarting the server, breaking the bookcases around it, nothing fixes it. it also is server sided it appears cause the xp doesnt show up for anyone else in the server in that spot either ive had to move the enchanting room a few times because of this and the spots that it used to be still cant have any xp in the area i put the server latest log instead of my latest log btw

Please turn on the chunk grid F3 + G and check if the issue only happens in the chunk the infuser is placed in.
