[Suggestion]: Enchantment Tag for Blacklisting enchants #65

Suggestion (Required)

Add a tag for enchantments that blacklist enchantments from popping up in the Enchanting Infuser, so modpacks or other mods can more easily configure which enchantments should be offered.

Added in the 1.20.4 port.
