The Advanced Enchanting Infuser table is the last level, but I can't add mending magic to any items. Has this feature been removed or is it a bug?

Enable treasure enchants in the server config if you want mending.

this feature is already enabled, but it still doesn't allow me to add repair magic to the game

Make sure enable the option for the correct infuser type.
