When fast building with reach around placement (bridging) with top-half slabs, you will sometimes place a bottom-half slab underneath the top-half slab.

This is hilarious because Bedrock itself has had the same issue for a long time. Technically works as intended

I tried something in v21.1.0, does it make a difference?
