[Bug]: Incompatibility causes Easier Crafting to not work in Crafting Tables #33

Current behavior: Easier Crafting's interface doesn't show when you're in a crafting table. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Include Visual Workbench and Easier Crafting on the same modpack and enter a world.
  2. Open a crafting table menu.
