Create build scripts #2

To build all OTF font files. Ideally this will do all the necessary interpolations, copy the font tables that interpolation doesn't cover, and adjust metrics for each resulting font.

This could also build test documents, sample sheets and update documentation.

A major piece of work.

Much of the font generation is now automated in a C# program I've created. There's always more I can do to automate, so it's a work in progress. Currently this lives in a separate project.
