case lookups should not change case #8

I misunderstood this lookup when first implementing it, and made it convert lowercase glyphs to uppercase. The purpose is merely to modify certain punctuation and other characters such as hyphen, questiondown and numeral glyphs. It should NOT convert e.g. x to X.

Fixed. Also made "case" change numerals to lining. Should be available in next release.
