reIntroduceZeroTickFarms dont work
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
if reIntroduceZeroTickFarms true，the cactus and sugarcane will be broken，is look weird
put a block next to the cactus or activate the piston, and it will fake break cactus and drop a cactus，but，the cactus is still in place
