Icons don't draw in "One-Column" mode #26

When Unity's project window is set to "One-column mode, AssetIcons fails to draw icons.

This is due to the delegate that I subscribe to being specific to the "object list" method of rendering assets, and the "One-Column" view using a different method.

Fixed thanks to contribution from a user.

Implemented for the version 2.0 release (release candidate 2 onwards).
