Describe the bug or issue Running the web apps seems to skip tracks or only play for a few seconds ....probably and audio issue or DRM?

Describe your setup

To Reproduce Open spotify or amazon music and it won't play after a few seccionds.

Tested on the latest release of chromium r2:

Netflix Amazone Prime Spotify Web working.

@timbo1975 : Taskmanager tells me spotify uses widevine.
