Webcam does not connect #20

My Logitech BRIO webcam does not work.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Go to https://webcamtests.com/
  2. Select "Click here to allow access to webcam identifiers"
  3. Select "Allow"
  4. Notice an error occurs

I have the same issue, using various webcams.
