Renaming WebVR to WebXR #3948

The WebXR Device API is intended to completely replace the legacy WebVR specification when finalized. In the meantime multiple browsers will continue to expose the older API.

is webxr officially included as release? or is it still in beta test for google canary

So I updated the page accordingly but it's not actually not really correct. Most browsers listed there support WebVR but not WebXR yet... (yes, just criticizing my own changes here).
