Support for OpenXR #6113

Hello, it would be great to know the device supporting partially or fully openXR

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenXR#Browser_support

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge web browsers both enable WebXR support using OpenXR by default using the Chromium code base[19]

lets me think OpenXR isn't something run directly in/by the browser, but rather WebXR which would be covered by https://caniuse.com/webxr? Not totally sure tho…

I wonder if the question is articulated how it is meant exactly. Does this actually mean to ask about OpenXR somehow (as @Schweinepriester suggested, use of OpenXR somewhere in there or not is an implementation detail for how things are exposed to WebXR)-- or does it just mean to suggest that the current state of https://caniuse.com/webxr is less than helpful and we could do better, perhaps breaking it down more or something?
