Turn on file logging so we can see what the service is doing #27

Thanks, I did wonder about cycling it. We have the code in fynedesk_runner to do that (move existing file to a date stamped copy before writing fresh).

However this code will write a new file on every fresh run, so I don't think think it will append too much with this change

I decided you were right @taigrr - let's move old ones out of the way now :)
