Update workflows against upstream Fyne #222

### Description:

These are basically equivalent except for using Go 1.16 for static analysis still as I don't have 1.17 to commit the new format for build constraints.

[x] Lint and formatter run with no errors.
[x] Tests all pass.

Strange. It seems like we didn’t get any comment from coveralls (but the action is showing up and working). @andydotxyz Is there anything set up different compared to Fyne?

No different configuration as far as I know.

Strange then. What we have is at least a step up and partially working then. Let's hope that they start sending out comments in the future :)
