Logo redirect to gin-ui

The banner G-Node logo on any gin-auth page should always redirect to the gin-ui main page.

Any suggestions regarding better naming of variables are especially welcome...

IMPORTANT for deployment of this PR to the server:

server.yml on the server has to be updated with the production server specific URL of gin-ui before deploying these changes.

Changes:

loads the gin-ui URL provided at server.yml
renders the gin-auth layout.html template with the dynamic URL.
closes #115.

Additional change:

Pull request also closes #113 (increasing token lifetime to 30 days).

I guess the name externals isn't very self explanatory but I honestly can't think of a better name right now.
