SSHKey fingerprint handling #92

Addresses and resolves #84 according to this comment.

removes ssh key fingerprint from url hierarchical part and adds it as url query part.
saves ssh key fingerprint to the DB as base64 standard encoded instead of base64 url encoded.
refactors existing and adds new tests.
updates API documentation according to changes.
