Commands that still don't support JSON output:

[ ] login
[x] info
[x] keys
[ ] create
[ ] init
[x] servers, add-server, rm-server, use-server
[x] remotes, add-remote, rm-remote, use-remote
[ ] logout

They probably don't all need as JSON option, but we could probably add one anyway and return something for consistency across all commands.
