Add verbose flag to some of the cmds #240

With the verbose flag, raw git or git annex input and output will be print.

(Things that may not be ok)

  1. still need some check on verbose flag on get and remove command
  2. I will change a bit the download command (json in annex and verbose together looks weird )

Can you please also rebase off master? There shouldn't be any conflicts I think.

New commits do clean ups and handle json from git annex
