convert PyPSA results to RTS format

• [x] write .m file
• [ ] write .mat file
• [x] write time series files

• single "gen_ts.csv" is OK
• make sure that .m file has generator categories and bus names ... etc.
• for some reason gen and load timeseries have the same data?
• make .m -> .mat conversion
