Edit search engine replacing the query anywhere in the string #100

Some website do not have a search query params. We should be able to still add them to PikaTorrent. For instance, we could use %s to replace the query anywhere in the string. /search/%s/page1

Done with 2fff4bc1c9d3be6ed13ed92b160fed5c239a1b4a
