transmission settings are not saved if transmission.close() is not called #59

On desktop, transmission.close() is called when quitting the app, but on mobile the close should never be called.

I think we need to expo a saveSettings() function to both libraries: https://github.com/G-Ray/transmission-native/ and https://github.com/G-Ray/react-native-transmission/
