Add test suite for Runs page #1279

This issue is for covering various use cases in the Runs page:

Make sure test data is loaded correctly
Make sure links take you to the right pages
Make sure buttons affect the visible runs correctly
Make sure basic query filters work as intended

Edit: This will also need to cover the individual run page (accessed when clicking on a run's name):

Test that run params and metrics tables are populating correctly
Test that search boxes work correctly
Test that edit buttons work as expected
Test that link to metrics page generates the right query

Please add more scenarios as required! 🙏🏻
