Failed to setup on 2024.1.3 #107

Working on 2023.12, upgraded to 2024.1.3, and stopped working. Tried deleting and re-installing.

Get the "Failed to setup" error.

Possible I upgraded right when there is an outage?

Working now. Was a timing issue. Upgraded during an outage window.
