[FEATURE] Allow dock to be attached to Left / Right side #118

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the Dock can only be attached to Top / Bottom of the monitor. In Dock Mode / Hot Edge Position, the only options are Disabled / Bottom / Top.

Describe the solution you'd like Offer an additional option to attach the dock to Left / Right side of the monitor, in addition to the current Top / Bottom.

Describe alternatives you've considered I didn't find any other alternatives, other than using another extension for Dock.

Additional context Thank you for such a great extension!
